"Great option for outside Colombo. We arrived on a late night flight, and only about 30min drive from the airport. The property is positioned well with a variety of restaurants and shops around. The pools were great, long enough to do a few morning laps. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options, and nice looking out over the beach. "

"About 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The pool is amazing. The room is a bit worn, but the overall experience made up for it — the restaurant is a gem. It offers lots of food options and a peaceful atmosphere with views of the garden and lagoon. The pool is also very beautiful and well-maintained. "Beautiful lagoon-front self-contained hotel, room was spotless, staff the most courteous and helpful I’ve ever met. Lagoon tour (arranged by front desk) was peaceful, full of birds, Captain Rohan a fantastic guide to birds and wildlife. Transportation to Negombo is via tuktuk, driver Asim polite and exceptionally kind (provided tour of Negombo and a short errand for salt and Type G adapter for my travels, Amagi Aria has universal outlets but the rest of Sri Lanka has Type G). Excellent breakfast buffet too!"
