"This trip was with family, however it turns out to be worst trip ever during new year time. After paying that much,,, there was nothing as like even 1 star resort. Rooms were old and fixtures were coming out. Bathrooms were not good. Shower panels were rusted,. Swimming pool was not cleaned. No one,, including other guests was able to use pools. Even giving the feedback, it was not done.. Same views were expressed by most of the guests.This was really disappointing."

"A fabulous hotel with exceptional service. The staff are fantastic and go the extra mile to help with any needs. As the hotel is situated on a hill, people have to walk up/down fairly steep walkways or climb up/down lots of steps. The hotel does provide a buggy service to drive people around, but it would be helpful if hand rails were installed along the walkways for guests wishing to walk. "

"A truly unique and special place, we could wax lyrical about the extremely high quality establishment (all true) but I think its USP is its staff. They genuinely go above and beyond in an extremely professional and efficient way to make everything about your stay perfect. An it was."

Memories forever

"One of the best places to stay. The resort retains the old Kerala vibe although providing all the modern amenities one requires for a comfortable stay. The staff is courteous, warm and responsive. Their breakfast spread is nice. It’s worth the money spent. "
