"Nice and close to shops and only 5mins to town. Very clean! Bonus, it's on a side street so nice and quiet. Pool available but we didn't use it. Bed was firmer than I'm used to, but was fine for 2 nights."

The room was spacious and feels clean and very comfortable. It has everything we need for pur short stay. I would stay here again. 💯 "

"A rustic cabin style property with large rooms and good sized ensuite. Several rooms available. Easy to find and well located. On a busy road ( no road noise) leading to the car ferry but with car spaces available. Room opened onto small garden with seating giving views of the bay. Room well equipped and clean. Owners lived above the property and we could hear them moving about. Hosts were friendly and helpful about the area."

"I really enjoyed being away from city. It was very quiet and loved the dark nights. This location was my Northland base while sightseeing. Make sure you visit the new art museum and the attached Aqua restaurant is excellent."
