"Room 127 had a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, like drains. Otherwise both rooms very clean & well presented. Staff were excellent, friendly & efficient. I found the bed very hard but the rest of our party were happy so that must be down to personal choice."

"Not a traditional hotel as such, best described as blocks of bedsit type rooms with access to a bar and restaurant. The rooms come complete with job, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Our room was furthest from the restaurant, fortunately it was lovely weather, you would get a soaking if raining walking to breakfast. The room (712) was spacious, clean and very quiet. But it was so hot! Not sure why, all radiators were off. There are locked cupboards that I think contain a...

"The only criticism we had was that there needed to be a better placed grab rail over the bath, the rail provided would be great to get out of the bath but was too low to be of use as support if you have a shower. But well done for supplying an anti slip mat for the bath. Other than that we had a lovely time."

"The hotel has a beautiful lobby area and gives the vibe of a historic building. The hotel sits across from the Examinations College of Oxford University. The hotel is right off High Street and its an easy walk to the university, shopping and restaurants."

"The property provided us with one of the best country side views we have ever experienced with the UK. We loved the quietness of the Old Mill and the fact it was not central to Bath itself....although on our first evening we found the walk into Bath a little long as we were somewhat weary from travel and yet to get our heads around taxis and bus routes etc. We hope to go back to the Old Mill..."
