"I stay at this hotel frequently, as it is so convenient to get to and then travel around London and Essex. The hotel has ample parking, good comfortable, clean en-suite rooms. There is a nice restaurant/bar on site. The staff are all so friendly, it’s a pleasure staying there. I will be back again in 2025."

The carpets needing shampooing and the bathroom needed bleach cleaning. There was also a bad smell in the building which was not pleasant.
