"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There website needs updating urgently because directions to the hotel are wrong and confusing. There also needs to be a direct number to the Stag because at the moment if you phone the number on the website it puts you through to a hotel in Bournemouth where staff cannot help you or give you information about directions or any other help."

"I enjoyed my stay at Primrose Guest House very much because it gave me the feeling of being at home. Everything I needed (plenty of space in wardrobe to hang all my clothes, iron and ironing board, outdoor shoe container, luggage rack, full length mirror, shelves in bathroom cabinet, a choice of pillows, comfortable comforter, a garden view) was arranged compactly in my small room. When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me.
