"We found elephant lodge at the last minute and while we normally dont go to animal parks this seemed different so we tried - we had the park view room overlooking the elephants area , sitting on our big balcony was a treat the children were so excited. And then the elephants pick you up from the room to go to dinner! Once in a lifetime amazing experience- super top quality resort , very nicely organised . "We have been to some of the most beautiful and exotic places on earth and this place stands out and above for many reasons. The location is uniquely special in Bali and from the moment you arrive, you marvel at the time and attention that went into the design of everything. The experience will leave you in awe when you enter and take in the stunning view of the sprawling mountains and ocean. They warmly usher you into a beautifully designed entrance with infinity ponds and more. The villa was amazing and will bring you to another level of awe and appreciation. It was impeccably clean, smelling of teak wood, decorated sharp and comfortable. It's very private and has it's own view which is completely stunning. The location and the way the buildings have been built into the landscaping is a work of art. Not enough can be said about the place and it's beauty but the thing that was the most special to us was the people. The attention to detail and accommodations are second to none. The staff was like nothing we'd ever experienced and left us feeling like we were special to them. Most service was anticipated before we could even request and every person involved was incredibly sweet and friendly. We were so honored to be helped and to interact with them. "There’s so much to say about this lovely place and all of the wonderful staff that works here. We came here for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and more. Back in the states, I worry about being an inconvenience to the staff, however you can tell that the staff here WANTS to help you. From the moment we walked into our room, they had decorated it with flower petals and made sure we had the jungle view room (as we kindly requested). It was beautiful and they truly made us feel like King and Queen. I don’t usually write reviews, I’m usually a silent watcher, but I had the best experience here and felt like I just had to share! :) "
