The staff truly made our experience unforgettable—they were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with booking activities and arranging transportation around the area. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made everything so easy and stress-free. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the town center, making it convenient to explore local restaurants and shops. The only minor downside was that parking is in a separate area from the hotel, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic home base for our Monteverde adventure, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!"

"I had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and secure, the wifi, air conditioning, shower, all worked great. The staff was super- friendly and helpful. They were patient with my awful Spanish and were able to switch to English when needed. Even the restaurant had good food. Not a luxery resort, but perfectably servicable at a good price. Puntarenas isn't the "nicest" town per se but it is interesting and authentic and this hotel is very good."

"Although we only stayed one night we had a great stay! We arrived early but were able to spend the day at the pool before our room was ready. We were in the premium zone and the restaurant exclusive to us was excellent! View of the beach, good food and superb service. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Was a terrific place to stay before we took the ferry the next day."
