"Amazing! Service was excellent in all interactions. Diego handled our check in with ease and delivered our bags to our room. He provided a hot towel and refreshing hibiscus ice tea, which were welcome after a day of traveling. Food and drinks at the microbrewery and in the restaurant were excellent. Presentation was always 5 stars. Our room was spacious and private as described, with a large wrap around balcony. The balcony soaking tub was spectacular and, as this area is covered, we were able to enjoy even when it rained. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. We booked a couples hot stone massage and left that fully relaxed. Thank you to Gloria and Maggi. We were within easy driving distance to town and local attractions. Parking was secure. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if visiting Monteverde. "

"It was amazing!!! The accommodations were wonderful. The service was excellent. The property is about a five min walk from the entrance to Monteverdi forest. The hotel staff are wonderful and extremely helpful in planning outings and tours. The food at the restaurant is fresh and delicious. I cannot say anything bad about our experience at the Trapp hotel. "

"Amazing stay with our family. The kids loved the trail around the property. Not too far from town and all the restaurants and tourist spots but you feel like you're in the middle of the woods. The hosts were so nice and made us feel incredibly welcomed. I would definitely recommend this stay if you're looking to support a local option and want a rustic feel! "
