Large glass doors open to breathtaking ocean views, allowing you to enjoy the scenery while cooking or reading a book. Step outside to a covered patio and an infinity pool with absolutely stunning views. The outdoor space also includes a comfortable sitting area, an outdoor shower, a surfboard rack, a fully equipped BBQ, lounge chairs, and plenty of hummingbirds and butterflies.
The second-floor features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, while the middle room includes two futon sofas that convert into full-size beds. Every room offers stunning views, with the master bedroom overlooking a beautiful nature preserve. Each room is equipped with its own A/C unit, ceiling fan, built-in closet, and security safe. The second floor also includes a dedicated workstation with a printer.
