"The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the two pools and the outdoor kitchen. The shaded outdoor seating areas were plentiful, with a few chairs in the sun near the pools as well. The Baguira house had two separate sections connected by a deck. Each had its own private bath. The one house had a loft with two king size beds, a small living room and a kitchen. "The lodging and grounds were beautiful and it’s so obvious how much love and time Daniel and Renata have put into their wonderful vacation accommodations. We saw so many birds, Toucan’s, a sloth, agouti’s, and even a caiman in their lagoon. They answered all of our questions, made great arrangements for tours, and made sure we had everything we needed daily! After a long day of hiking, etc. it was so refreshing to end the day with a swim in the pool. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks...

"Visiting our daughter who is in college in San Jose. Came down to Cahuita for 3 lovely nights at Lilian Nature. Beautiful setting, tons of wildlife, nice pool. We spent a day in the Cahuita National Park, a day at Punta Uva and plenty of time lounging around the well equipped home."

"This place is remarkable— the views, the sounds, the breeze, the smells. This property has views of a very secluded beach. And you are in nature. Like in it in it. No windows or walls. The open walls and beautiful amenities make it a unique nature retreat. If you are squeamish about occasional bugs (or the stereo sounds of cicadas, howler monkeys, macaws) you should stay in a boring hotel. David is an excellent manager— Responsive and accommodating. "

"Beautiful Caribbean style property across the street from the beach. The master bedroom bungalow and upstairs bedrooms have AC and we had no issues with the bedroom without as it stayed cool with the provided fans. Property has all the basic amenities and is very comfortable. Easy drive to Playa Cocles and Puerto Viejo for groceries etc. I would definitely recommend!"

"Our family of 4 stayed here comfortably for 4 weeks. We liked being away from the center of town yet super close to the ocean - we practically had the local Playa Negra beach to ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped, loved using the boogie boards, and appreciated the multiple house fans to supplement the AC (in one bedroom). The property manager was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Thanks for a wonderful month in Puerto Viejo!"

"This home is AMAZING! It is so quiet and peaceful and beautiful! The location is great, the host was easy to communicate with, and it is very clean. The house is fully functional and equipped with everything you could need. It is truly a piece of paradise and we loved every minute there. "Highly recommend for your stay near Puerto Viejo! The property team is incredibly kind and communicative. The area is perfect, as it’s about 10 min drive from the main town so a bit quieter but still with things to do. It’s on a side road with a path directly to the beach. They even had beach chairs and towels which came in handy. When we had a small issue with the dryer, they sent someone right away. I honestly wish we had more time in Costa Rica just to relax on the property!"

"Our stay at the property went well. We really used the property for sleeping purposes as well as breakfast prepping and did not enjoy the pool. The surrounding area is beautiful.
