"The apt is on the 20th floor. It has amazing views and it is in the middle of all the action. Some of the issues is that it is a very old apt. It is clear that it is an investment property. There are no perks to the apt. The gym in the building is dated. Most of the fitness machines don't work. The owner keeps control of the ac/heater unit. "They place is confortable enough, the location is great, just about a block from the beach. Our apartment had a distinct smell from the sink, candles needed.... Before You book, make sure you bring your own linens, no towels or sheets included, they offer them for Rent. Overall, just ok. Piriapolis however, is a great place to vacation."
