"Best hotel experience I have ever had! Amazing location, very walkable, able to get to all parts of the city easily. From the hotel porters, the front desk staff, the bar tenders, the restaurant, the service was impeccable. Beautiful rooms with great design, robes, bathrooms. I would return to Genoa to stay here."

"Smart hotel in lovely position above the bay. Great service and enormous comfortable room and bathroom. Impressed that check-in staff knew my name by sight when I checked out. About ten minutes walk to the centre of Rapallo. Didn’t eat a main meal in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good choice but wasn’t super special."

"The staff was the best quality of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. The location was perfect. The breakfasts were plentiful. This was the best hotel stay in our 7 weeks in Italy including our 6 hotels. We would definitely stay there again!"
