"Restaurant service is slow and a lot of the staff while being polite are inexprienced. Health faucet on the wrong side so difficult to use. But can be fixed by using flexible cord instead of the existing rigid one All cutlery in restaurant should be from the same family. I found knives were large and heavy, tablespoons were almost like soup spoons and the forks were short in length and lightweight. That's sloppy for a 5 star hotel"

"I visited Pune for two days and stayed at St Laurn, however the condition of the property, the cleanliness was just horrible. The upholstery in the room was dirty and stained, looked like it was at least 10 years old. The washrooms were stained and dirty, there was water leakages. I would not stay at this hotel even if they offered free rooms. "
