"We just needed somewhere to lay our heads at night while visiting our college daughter for a few days and this fit the bill. Safe area, very clean, and just as described. We are clean and tidy when we leave but I really appreciated that I didn’t have a huge list of chores I needed to do before we checked out! "

"The property owner was awesome and accommodated our late checkout, the place was clean, The bed was so comfortable I can't emphasize that enough Definitely bring firewood or let them know ahead of time for a delivery! Absolutely no complaints and I'm almost positive We will come back!"

"As a family, we stayed at Ryan's home for a weekend of togetherness. His home was everything we had hoped it would be ~ comfortable and located on the waterfront, it was the perfect getaway. "Just what we needed for our visit to the Rochester NY area for 20 days. Friends and shopping were minutes away and the accomodations were quiet considering the proximity to the rail lines and express way. The beds were outstanding and the HVAC and other mechanical systems worked well. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit in the area."

Had everything you need to be comfortable- hated to leave! Close to the water and within walking distance of restaurants. Will definitely be back!! "

"For the most part, very clean with everything we needed. Beds were so so. Living room couch was uncomfortable. The bath rugs need to be washed once in a while. They were filthy. Maybe supply a clean washable bath mat for guests. Location is walkable to village with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. Great appliances."

"The Cottage was everything described, beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay and very peaceful setting. The Cottage was well equipped and very clean. I look forward to many more stays at this Cottage."

"The owner of the property cares about your well-being and has really tried to think of everything that you might need for the stay. Clean white towels were provided, the bed linens were clean, all the dishes and glasses you could ever want, and there was even plentiful toilet paper and cleaning supplies if I desired to use them. The only issue I had was an excessive number of spiders that I encountered during my stay. "
