"Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

"Loved it! Super clean and an amazing hidden gem. The room was very spacious and the amenities were great. Great attention to detail. Loved the location and the staff were very friendly. Love the open plan hallways and the keyless entry into rooms. Was amazing, will definitely come back! Only two things to raise: 1) the pool had a strange smell at points in a localised area (around the changing room), nothing we couldn’t handle, but enough to notice 2) the pool isn’t heated (not an issue as I...
