This property also lack parking facilities where we need to park at the shopping mall car park, which impose quite high parking fees, as it is seperated from the property."

"When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. The bathroom had leakages on the ceiling and water from above was dripping below. The towel had a stench as well. We requested to be transferred to another room. "I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else."

"Lovely apartment but very stuffy and hot in the corridors. Tv didn't work at all. Had a few cockroaches had to kill. Beds comfy good air conditioning easy access to a shops and transport. Swimming was nice unfortunately the sauna was never switched on but didn't need it as weather was so hot. Good communication with the owners if any problems. "

"Overall, it is acceptable as the instructions are very well communicated and detailed. However, personally, I may not find this to be the best place to live in aa I am more particular and would prefer a hotel by paying a little bit more. The place was pretty clean and maintained, but as for the pillows and sheet, I find it a bit unacceptable (particularly the pillow) which looks uncomfortable for me to sleep on. "Only washer. No dryer. Very nice facility including little play ground, swimming pool and gym. But I wasn’t used to needing to scan the tag every time I use the elevator. Quite annoying on that regards. But I will stay again!"
