"Wonderful setting on a large vineyard and apricot farm. We chose this location as our home base for a 2 week vacation in Provence. We wanted to be halfway between Arles and Avignon, and drove all over Provence from here as well. Host Cécile is delightful. She offered us complete privacy and autonomy - the entrance and parking spot amongst the cypress trees are private - but we wanted to meet her and so glad that we did! Fascinating history and stories, and we learned how a vineyard works....

It is a tranquil spot in the countryside yet very close to the magical villages of Séguret and Sablet, while being only 10 minutes from Vaison La Romaine with it’s incredible Roman ruins and myriad restaurants and shops. "A good base for exploring the region handy for supermarket and restaurants. Comfortable accomodation and helpful and welcoming host"

"Aircon cottage welcome in hot weather. Access to and finding property far from good due to closed roads and very potholed access road. Not many decent towns to explore, other than Avignon and le Sourge near the cottage. Lavender was beautifull. We prefer the Dordogne area due to our lack of French and the Provancers lack of English."
