"Lovely rooms set on raised platforms in the forest, verandas all around for watching the birds. Guided walks all around the forested property. Dinner was an ample buffet as was breakfast. Lovely stream rushing past our rooms. Idyllic. "

"All good except some rooms are a long walk uphill when carrying a bunch of luggage. Staff is great. Bed and shower great. Cool birds and frogs around Would stsy again"

"We stayed here for one night, and it was lovely. Supper and breakfast were great, and soaking in the jacuzzi while listening to all the birds, cicadas and other animals was very relaxing. The view from the back deck and hammock was incredible when the clouds went away! It was great to relax with a book. There were a few decent spiders we had to kill, but otherwise this place is amazing! Maria helped us sign up for the ATV tour next door, which was a fun excursion to do - especially playing/swimming in the river! Any tourists from away, make sure to wear thin long sleeves, and lots of sunscreen!"

"Hidden gem for sure. House was beautiful and the property was stunning! We watched monkeys while drinking our morning coffee and there’s a beautiful cook shack to cook over the open fire. We also saw iguanas, squirrels and beautiful birds while walking around the property, looking at the waterfalls and river. Inside the house was just as beautiful. Rainfall shower head, beautiful wooden table and nice clean everything!!! "

"Picked this place for location. But it’s outdated and an older hotel. Staff barely speaks English but were VERY friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was great. Nice pool in the property. Restaurant/bar next door with night time karaoke if you’re in to that. AC worked GREAT. Rooms were spacious but need updating. The bathroom lacked a mirror, so ladies must use the mirror in the bedroom area. But great price and if you’re only there to sleep, worth it. Great location close to other sight seeing areas. "
