"Overall the place was fine, staff were friendly and helpful and a couple of really lovely cats. The room was a bit dated though and there was no safe or mini fridge which was a bit disappointing. The area is ok, although basically on a main road and not as much nearby as I thought there would be"

"Quite big family room with two bathrooms, one of them was even outside with only cold water. Early in the morning we could hear howler monkeys from nearby forests. Host Maria was very kind and helpful."

"Lovely rooms set on raised platforms in the forest, verandas all around for watching the birds. Guided walks all around the forested property. Dinner was an ample buffet as was breakfast. Lovely stream rushing past our rooms. Idyllic. "

"All good except some rooms are a long walk uphill when carrying a bunch of luggage. Staff is great. Bed and shower great. Cool birds and frogs around Would stsy again"

"We stayed here for one night, and it was lovely. Supper and breakfast were great, and soaking in the jacuzzi while listening to all the birds, cicadas and other animals was very relaxing. The view from the back deck and hammock was incredible when the clouds went away! It was great to relax with a book. There were a few decent spiders we had to kill, but otherwise this place is amazing! Maria helped us sign up for the ATV tour next door, which was a fun excursion to do - especially playing/swimming in the river! Any tourists from away, make sure to wear thin long sleeves, and lots of sunscreen!"
