"Staff is polite and helpful. Overall I was fairly happy but the level of noise was somewhat annoying. We had a dog barking till late evening and sometimes in the night waking us up. It was as if there was a window wide open but there wasn’t one. Still it sounded almost if the dog was in our room "

"Not sure if its because we were there at the start of the season but you couldn't even get a coffee after 5pm and the breakfast was a bit of a let down. Overall you get what you pay for."

"The hosts were very nice and accommadating for our late night arrival and phone for us when our shuttle didn't show up on departure. The place is quiet and abit out of town but close to the bus station and has a delicious restaurant next door that emplys handycap employees who use sign language. Aircon...hot shower and breakfast....great! "

An absolutely incredible resort

"Unexpectedly this resort was by far one of the most awesome resorts I have ever stayed. I travel a lot and I am shocked at how incredibly amazing this place. The vast variety of super cool things to see and do literally was over the top. Who ever designed this place and built it I wish I could shake their hand. I can’t even believe this place exists at puerto princess’s "
