El servicio es una maravilla. Te hacen sentir como en casa, trato VIP 100% todo el tiempo, desde los chicos de Concierge, Meseros, bartenders, todos son excelentes personas dispuestas a hacer que pases tus días como una verdadera vacación, disfrutando. Los restaurantes son delis, la comida de lo mejor, bebidas del bar de lo mejor, todo un lujo. El hotel está increíble! El staff es muy amable y servicial, la comida está buenísima. Nuestros únicos comentarios son que tuvieran al menos una alberca con calefacción y más opciones de restaurantes para el lunch.

Lo único destacable es el servicio, tienen un trato excelente todos son muy amables y te saludan con una sonrisa, te hacen sentir como en casa. Lo malo es que como fuimos con un bebé de 7 meses la espera en los restaurantes para la comida y la cena era demasiada. Además, las villas familiares son las más alejadas del lobby y los restaurantes y al solicitar cambio de habitación nos dijeron que las únicas habitaciones céntricas tenían costo adicional. Finalmente decidimos pagarlo para que nuestra estancia fuera más cómoda pero el hotel en general es muy caro para lo que realmente es, por lo que finalmente se pagó hay otros hoteles con mejores amenities. Definitivamente no volveremos nunca más.

Excelente opción para familias con niños!
El hotel es excelente, no es el clásico all inclusive gigante, es pequeño, ofrece más exclusividad y tranquilidad, el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones generales muy bonitas. Las habitaciones del área 'delux' estaban algo deterioradas para y simples para un hotel de esta categoría pero nada que arruinara la estancia. Algunos alimentos increíbles y otros que parecían de aprendiz, creo que deberían poner más cuidado en la cocina. Calificación general 9, pase una estancia muy divertida, relajada y confortable.
