"My recent stay at Encanto Hotel in acapulco following the aftermath of Otis left me with mixed feelings. The property has impressively restored the hotel, but certain aspects of my experience gave me pause. The restoration efforts undertaken by the property post-Otis cannot be overlooked. The hotel has done a commendable job in bringing the property back to its former glory, which is truly praiseworthy. "This motel is a little past its prime. It was probably a pretty fancy place back in the mid 20th century, but the facilities are dated and in need of a little more maintenance. But the location was convenient to the airport, the price was reasonable, and the staff were very friendly and courteous."

"Loved having a kitchen! Very clean and quiet. The AC was very cold, nice escape from the heat. The communication about which room I was supposed to have was a little lacking. The woman at the front desk/gate was very patient with me though, I don't know much Spanish, and together we figured it out. I would definitely stay again!"

"The street leading up to private gated community is a bit dark but once the gate keeper opens it and as you walk in the property the place is very nice and clean it met my specifications for us to stay. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive, at night and during the day you will find tacos stands near by and other restaurants to enjoy. There is also an Oxxo store more like 7 eleven store. We enjoy the villa, we didn’t have time for the pool but looks pretty nice."

"Amazing! Just reopening after the destruction of the hurricanes and have done a monumental job getting it ready to represent the Banyan Tree name properly. Everything is new from rooms and beds to gym equipment to tables and chairs along with structures. My villa overlooked the Pacific and was private and tranquil. This is a quiet facility at the tip of the point. If you're looking to party, it is probably not the place but if you're looking to relax and reset in tranquility, then this is the one! The food at La Nao had Saffron option in the evening as Saffron is opening in the next week or two - Saffron is one of my all-time favorite menus and this didn't disappoint. I will return to this resort soon. Can't give it enough praise."

"This is a really nice place building is old but everything works Great....love the pool and the beach acces private beach only for guests Dining opcion on site and all around....nice view of the ocean....the only thing i dindt like it was the SMAL BATHROOM...other than that everything else was grea 9/10"
