"We had to change our flight and would arrive a day later than planned. We attempted to reach out the hotel to coordinate but got no answer. When we finally arrived, no one was there and we were informed through Expedia that the hotel considered us late and cancelled our reservation. So we were stuck out in the cold at night without a place to stay. The day we were leaving Puerto Madryn, the hotel finally messaged us the check in information. "This is the 3rd time trying to write this review. On the way to the airport leaving the US, I messaged Complejo La Lucila to tell them that I would be checking in at around 8pm. They responded with one word, saying our reservation was cancelled. No explenation was given, other than they sold the room to someone else. We were on our way to a foreign country and remote area with no place to stay. No other rooms in the city were available."
