"check in staff he was an older male is rude and we want to charge you for anything he can possibly think of booked through Expedia since I had points to use towards a hotel it was my spouse our 1 y/o son and they charged us extra for my son even though I put i had an Infant when i reserved also due to my son getting sick and having to leave an extra day early he refused to refund me my money back. "
