"This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!"

"An amazing hospitality and dinner experience after a pretty long road. I thought I would never feel welcomed like years ago in the Andes Lodge (close to Puelo, also in Patagonia)… but Sebastian, Hernán, Chris & Co exceeded by far our expectations in terms of service and gastronomy. "Imperdível. Casa confortável, excelente atendimento. Mas o bom mesmo é a utilização da área comum. É ampla, e muito perto do rio, que é maravilhoso. O deck é muito legal. Pra quem tem dúvidas, Puerto Bertrand é uma cidade bem pequena, mas você encontra mercados e opções para comida lá. O cartão Wise (visa) passou em todos os lugares que testamos tanto em Bertrand como na Patagônia toda. Ou seja, é possível ficar mais dias hospedado sem grandes problemas."
