Belén and Roxana could not have been more helpful during our stay, booking in and organising for us our bucket list tours of Kayaking the Marble Caves and the Explorades Glacier Ice Walk. The companies that they used were first class. Belén is extremely knowledgeable and was such a gracious host. The walk at the back of the property has some of the best views around. The rooms are lovely and thoughtfully decorated and the property is about 50mins from Rio Tranquilico by car and is a lovely drive. Can’t fault our stay, thank you to the team at Mallin!"

"This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!"
