"On paper the villa has everything you need for 10 people. Unfortunately it didn't fully meet our expectations. In general it is a nice villa but it needs a little TLC. There were 5 in our party, using three showers. It wasn't possible for us all to shower before the hot water ran out. Cleaning and fresh linen were only supplied once every seven days. "Villa was perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas and a special birthday. Lovely spacious villa which is very clean and well equipped for everything you need. It is well located and close to the main strip. The host was easily contactable and was really helpful during the stay. We would definitely stay at villa Eric again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in puerto del carmen"

"Lovely Villa 10-15 mins walk from the front. Great pool Very quiet Has everything you could need (maybe an extension lead or 2 might help but no biggie). Grocery shop 5 mins away. Would definitely recommend. Thank yiu"
