"This place is amazing exactly as described, very spacious and well kitted out. The outside space and pool are brilliant and well maintained, views are incredible! Very convenient for Lidl (Shopping trolley was big bonus!) and easy walk down to the front. We chose to get taxis back, only 4 euros. "Overall impression of the property is good ,was very clean and tidy, in a great location close to all amenities and suitable for the size of our party (4 adults) however we do feel the maintenance on the property was poor as the outdoor Furniture was of poor quality & 4 it the six chairs were in usable & one of them broke when sat on which bruised the person as they fell off, the fencing by the sunbeds also needs repairing as loose & broken in places, we also felt that the cushions on the...

"Easy walk to main street in Puerto del Carmen, a bit of a hill on the way back. Lovely quiet villa with sea views. 3 good sized bedrooms and great living space. No bbq although listed as having one. Great washing facilties. Permitted a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Small Supermarket 3 minute walk away."

"Property is in a great location a short walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. No hassle and cheap to get taxi to and from airport at 17-20 euro. Clean and tidy and easy to check in. Great stay and would go back again. Puerto Del Carmen is a great resort for friends and families."

"We've just returned from an 8 night stay at the Villa with our family celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. It is a bit out of the town but in a very peaceful location. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town and 30 minute walk to the main strip. We enjoyed the walk down but as it's so hilly (for our grandson) on the way back we took taxis for only 5 euros so it wasn't a problem. "This is a lovely villa and is my 3rd time staying but I noticed this time it could do with a makeover. The TV needs to be replaced as there was a line down middle and usually we wouldn't watch Tv on holiday but the Euros were playing. "We stayed for a week in November and have been staying in various apartments in Puerto Del Carmen for more than 10 years, and this was one our best experiences. Great location. Spotlessly clean, all amenities and The host, Jose, was great"

"We had a lovely time at Villa Eric. The villa was clean and well set up! With some newer sun beds than those in the pictures! We had a minor issue with the freezer but the host was straight on it and brought a mini replacement, so very impressed with that! Great location too! Thank you so much for letting us stay! "
