"Cuando llegué no estaba la reservación hecha, el encargado me dijo que no servían esas reservas porque no les llegaban. La habitación que obviamente no tomé no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, está horrible. No había medidas de seguridad ni higiene para los huéspedes. Los mismos encargados sin cubrebocas. "

"This property and the employees were great, very clean, beautiful and friendly place. Great for young families and couples. Unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant, however it looked like they had a nice variety of food for breakfast. Our only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was very low. If the hotel could have a detachable shower head it would be more helpful. Thank you Casa Francisco!"

"I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have always been pleased. It is in a great location, literally at the heart of the city. Courteous staff. Valet parking if you are using their parking lot for a modest fee. I would definitely stay again at this property."
