"Loved this property so much! It’s the nicest we have been to in Greece. BUT it was so noisy - bottoms of chairs and tables need some foam pads, and doors slamming made it difficult to sleep. Would also like to have Greek music playing for a more authentic experience. Buffets were delicious and worth the up-charge. "

"Great value overall, but expectations should be managed. Dinner buffet was GREAT! Breakfast buffet was just ok - pancakes were delicious, but we didn’t like the watery eggs, and the coffee was disgustingly bitter. Overall, had a good selection of breakfast offerings. Cocktails were delightful and they didn’t cheap out on liquor pours. White wine was ‘on tap’ but came out warm. The beer was good. Lobby area was nice. Rooms were awful, especially the bathrooms - painted stucco was meant to look like marble…(😜) and the toilet area had an awful yellow stain that I avoided examining closer! The linens were clean however, and extra pillows were provided. But the beds were super hard. The sandy beach and pool area were GREAT! Staff was AMAZING - very friendly and accommodating, especially Angela at the pool snack bar, who found fruit for our vegan. Overall, it was good value with the buffet but the property was in need of a refresh and update. "

"We stayed at the newly built condo. Rooms were clean and spacious with great views. The pool and restaurant were good too. The gardens, the playground and the areas were the animals live could use better maintenance i.e. there were some nails sticking out from some pieces of wood, the protective floor at the playground was torn out etc. Overall it would have been a great experience if we had not faced a very disturbing issue with the restaurant: our son is celiac and we had chosen this hotel as it provides gluten free options (we had actually stayed there in the past and had no issues). However, this time our son was glutened as they provided us with wheat bread during breakfast assuring us it was gluten free. Luckily our son is asymptomatic but this is a very serious mistake - cannot even imagine what would have happened if our son was allergic and the restaurant poorly catered his needs. I spoke to the managers only after I asked for it and they said it was a one time human error however there was no action taken afterwards to rectify the situation other than a simple apology. Not sure I can recommend this property given all the above along with the fact that I think it is overly priced for its offerings."

"Loved the resort and staff was friendly. Resort maintenance and food spectacular. Would have liked more room cleaning. Beach club was beautiful and close walk or golf cart away. Beach a bit rocky so bring water shoes. Overall a great experience. "

"It was an excellent stay! Rooms were not space but they were very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind..Food was excellent too. There were many options and everything was well cooked.. the swimming pool was very clean however I expected it to be more spacious.. overall we were very satisfied and we would like to visit your property again"

"After a challenging 12 months we needed time to rest and recover. Villa Fairytale delivered in every respect. The property is designed to make the most of its location overlooking the Gulf of Evia. The open plan living area looks out over the mountains and sea as does the pool and terrace. We spent hours getting lost in those views! The villa has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet aircon units and mosquito screens on the French windows which meant we could enjoy the breezes without needing to use the air conditioning. It was an easy drive from Athens airport though be prepared for hairpin bends as you approach Nerotrivia and the villa. You soon get used to them and the local roads are very quiet. Boukoutis taverna was great. We arrived in the early hours and Antonis was brilliant, arranging for the keys to be left for us. Communication throughout our stay was brilliant and it was wonderful to meet Mr Argirios with his lovely smile and concern that we had a good stay at the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both for a wonderful holiday, you have a very special villa."

"I have never felt so at peace as you do at this stunning property. The views are amazing, the grounds are beautiful and house one of the best we have stayed in. The kayaks also made a wonderful addition to the house with the beach being so close. Kostas was very kind and knowledgeable, we loved the olive oil that he brought us. Everything is exactly as the description online. The only thing we would have changed about our holiday would have been to have an automatic car to cope with the many bends to get there."
