"Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Jedoch ist der Zustand einiger Sachen (Sofa, Sessel, Sofas Dachgeschoss,…) schlecht bis sehr schlecht. Auch die Sauberkeit in der Küche (Dunstabzugshaube) war nicht sonderlich gut. Im allgemeinen machte die Wohnung einen eher zugestellten Eindruck. In Flur standen Sessel rum, welche dort nicht hingehörten und den Flur somit unnutzbar machen, weil einfach vollgestellt. "

"This was our third stay in this lovely apartment. We love not just the location itself (quiet, rural) but also the fact that a lot of places are nearby, like Goerlitz and Boleslawiec, or reachable within a few hours. "The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...
