"Lovely hotel in the middle of Provins. Good sized room, excellent breakfast (extra). Lovely evening meal on Sunday night when all other restaurants closed. Very nice outdoor hotel seating area for coffee or drinks as well. Staff very friendly although, despite sign saying all Reception staff spoke English, one member made it difficult for us and having offered the final bill, without showing the breakdown, had to refund cash for charging an additional breakfast which we didn't take on one of the...

"Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"Petit mobil home tres jolie bien position dans le camping Les point fort les animaux qui se promenent dans le camping (chevre, poule, cheval, ane) et il y a aussi un parc a cochon, la partie haute du camping bien amenagé avec petits jeu pour enfants et trampoline. Pour les point faible le camping manque un peu d entretien, et dommage que dans le mobil home il manque les rideaux car du coup aucune intimité et reveillé au lever du jour."

"Nous sommes arrivés dans un camping mal tenu, au milieu de nulle part où seul un car aménagé était installé...au milieu d'un camp de gitans! Entrés dans le car, c'est l'odeur d'urine qui prend le dessus. Il était nullement indiqué qu'il s'agissait de toilettes à la sèche!!! Pour les personnes de plus de 1,80 m, pliez-vous en deux pour vous déplacer dans le car... Pas de linge pour le lit de notre enfant (ni housse de couette, ni drap housse, ni taie d'oreiller), propreté loin des belles photos...
