Easily sat the 7 of us for meals and games. Roomy bedrooms, good beds (although best to bring your own pillow). Nothing fancy, but we found the place comfortable and serviceable. "The place was not good the plumbing did work on the second floor. It smelled like pee and someone had left the AC unit in the tub."

"We liked it very much with the following exceptions. Deck needs a good power wash and need a blower available to clean daily. Way to difficult for a broom. The living room couch is awful as is the television, Both need to be replaced. Other than that it was very clean and well kept. We liked it very much and would rent again. "
