The living room couch is awful as is the television, Both need to be replaced. Other than that it was very clean and well kept. We liked it very much and would rent again. "

"We were the only guests at the time so not sure how the noise would be during peak season. Our end unit was lovey and spotlessly clean. .7 miles into PT. The sliding glass doors downstairs need work as they were almost impossible for us to open. Mini Splits were confusing to operate. The upstairs deck was an amazing place to sit and enjoy the expansive sea or watch the sunset. "

"We booked Benjamin's place for 3 couples (6 of us) over the holidays. We found the location to be very convenient, the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, and the main areas were clean and tidy. I do think it's helpful to point out though that we were somewhat disappointed with a few aspects. The third bedroom had a full bed (not queen(?) as the description states) and it was also in a very small basement room that also served as a laundry room.
