"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. "After a train delay and getting a bit lost in the dark in the park, I arrived late for checking in, but Guido sent someone to welcome me to the condo. In the morning I couldn’t believe what a beautiful location! Everything in the condo was comfortable, but the location and views of the condo are what sets it apart. I loved walking on the well-lit passeggiata in the early mornings and at night for dinner. I hope to return soon. "
