"What a lovely place to spend a leisurely afternoon and evening. Dinner was spectacular and so reasonably priced. We took a couple walks and sat outside on our lovely patio area. One warning though -- do NOT leave your shoes or any clothing outside. We had a pair of drying socks and shoes and a bra munched on (one shoe was actually taken away to be found completely demolished the following morning) by the cute but wily Sicilian foxes living onsite! They were pretty bold and we needed to make lots...

"Laura is a superb host. Her meals are not to be missed. Location is isolated and peaceful, yet driveable to Mt. Etna, Catania and Siracusa. And there are views of Etna from right on the property. We shall return."

"The place is currently being refurbished! No WIFI in the rooms and poor WIFI reception in the common areas. To add insult to injury you get no mobile phone signal."

"The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to go back for a longer stay."

"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. Guiseppe is a 6th gen wine maker who is making wine...

"We spent two weeks in a villa and enjoyed visiting NorthEast Sicily as well as Aeolian Islands. The place is quiet and yet just 5-10 min away (by car) from the nearby town and motorway. We tried local olive oil and it was veeeery good. That was the last week of September plus first week of October sso evenings and nights were pleasantly cool."
