"The manager was very patient and helpful. The property was exactly as described, perfect for solo travellers or couples. Location is very close to the tram line which takes you to any part of the city. Shops and pharmacies are at your door step also which came in handy towards the end of my stay. Overall you cannot go wrong here and I’d be more than happy to return again in the future. "

"The Navigli suites are not well-signposted from the outside and we weren't sure of the entrance location at first and phoned the manager who came and met us at a door. He was very cheerful, an excellent English speaker and he gave us lots of advice. The room was very clean, large, with a big firm comfortable bed, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, two hobs, coffee percolator), powerful ensuite shower, bidet and toilet. "The room was very clean and was cleaned daily with new set of towels and beds made daily. The staff is readily available for any assistance and was easy to communicate with. Staff even messaged me on whatsapp to give me updates on when I was able to check-in. The only challenge we had was locating the entrance of the building, you really need to follow the map provided by hotels.com and use google maps. It will send you to the building and you'd have to look at the directory to see the hotel...

"Property is in a perfect location. The only downside in my opinion was finding it is very difficult and there is no hotel service such as room service. You will have to walk with your luggage to find the location as taxis cannot drop off at the location."

"Stayed here for one night, really nice location that's close to everything. The hotel was able to provide a parking pass for us to park in the ZTL and we found a spot nearby. They provided clear instructions on where we could park, which was really thoughtful. Room itself was really spacious and clean, would definitely stay here again!"

"I loved staying here . Antonio went our of his way to help me with my luggage, it was a10 min walk from the train station and also a short walk to all the must see places. The room is cozy, beautifully organized with the essentials, and has AC which was very much welcome in the hot days "

"Francesco is an amazing host. Kind and willing to help always. The room I was had broken lock but otherwise I felt well in the villa. The villa has amazing view to the Città Alta and the mountains behind them, which unfortunately might soon be hidden as there is a construction just next to the villa. Luckily it’s still there, so go drink some wine on the roof and enjoy the views. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days during mid-June and the pool filter was broken such that the pool was unusable during our entire stay. For a remote place with limited amenities in the immediate area this was very limiting and certainly detracted from the experience that it should have been. The staff was gracious and did compensate by providing us a free spa usage which was a welcome experience. In addition, the meals we had during our stay at the facility were excellent."

"Property is a 15 minute walk from the Duomo and a two minute walk from the station. A great base in a quiet area. "

"All good apart from the room door which is a very thin sliding door, and I don't think it is safe either. You can hear all the noises from the room next door. "
