"There was no sign out on the street to locate the property. The driver could not find even with help of the management. The shower curtain was broken with holes and mold on it. The brackets holding curtain were broken. The toilet had problems flushing or did not flush at all."

"I booked all seven apartments for my wedding party 8 months in advanced since it was the only place in Ravello that could hold a large party. They ended up double booking us in two of the apartments. At first they refunded a fraction of money and offered to “fix it”, but only moved one of the other guests so we hand to cram everyone in and have our guests sleep on pull out couches when we promised them king beds. "Amazing stay over Easter 2025! Check in was pleasent You have nice parking and we were nicely welcomed after long first drive Rooms super clean Breakfast and dinner spot with view on Amalfi is unbeatable Easy to either walk into town or with shuttle Special thanks to head restaurant Francesco and Chief waiter Enrico and their teams for amazing service Great location to make private boat trips or travel to Capri Beautiful hotel. "Amazing location on the waterfront and an easy walking distance from many attractions. Hotel was spotless, beds were super comfy, complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of foods in a beautiful room overlooking the castle. It was off season so was able to receive an upgraded room with a balcony with a partial castle view. Such a bonus! I would definitely stay here again. "

"The best hotel and experience ever, and we stay in the best places and have very high standards. Valerio and Vincenzo are incredible hosts at the front desk and are so friendly and accommodating. Best way to get around is by Vespa. Rent one! Was the highlight of our trip, driving along the amalfi coast! Such a blast! LOVE POSITANO!!!!"
