Sea La Vie - Beachside Studio Unit #3

Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this private Studio unit with it own private entry and patio, can accommodate up to 2 guests, with a queen size bed. It is located on the ground floor, roughly 15 yards from the pool. No pool view

A few minutes stroll through a beautiful sandy walk path, right next to the property, takes you straight to the beach, equipped with kayak and stand-up-paddle board. Portable beach chairs and shades are provided in a storage in the rear parking area.

There is a 4-bdr, a 2-bdr, three 1-bdr, and a Studio unit located on this gated property, that share the large common pool.

We highly recommend a rental car during your stay, from several car rental companies located at, or near the airport.

The final cost includes an added 27% fee applied to the nightly rate, consisting of 12% local hospitality tax, and a15% host fee.

Perfect accommodation
The unit was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property was very well maintained and cared for by Majid and his caretaker. We loved the convenience of having the pool onsite and the beach was a quick walk. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully getaway!
My wife and I stayed in unit #3 and had a blast. The location is minutes from the beach but still around all of the attractions. Definitely would recommend!

This place worked perfectly for my wife and I as we enjoyed the quietness of the location and easy access to the beach for our activities. The host and staff were very pleasant along with the other guests we met throughout the week. We’ll be back for sure!

The most amazing time!
This property was beautiful and we had such a great stay for our 3 year anniversary. The beach is a 3 minute walk and was very private. We were able to use the paddle boards and kayak and end our days in the pool. Tons of linens were provided and great recommendations given. Majid was a wonderful host and so kind! This will definitely be our go to spot when we return to TCI!

Nice Quiet & Private Villa
Sea la Vie is off the beaten path and perfect if you want a quiet getaway away from all the resorts and other tourists. You’ll definitely need a rental car and some groceries for coffee and breakfast before you head out for the day. It has all the amenities of an apartment and a hotel combined. The host, Majid is helpful and responds quickly. The pool was a little dirty but was attended to quickly. The beautiful, quiet villa was perfect for my fiancé and I. 10/10 Would stay again!

This property offers a quiet escape a block from the beach. The property was well maintained and loved having a grill to cook fish. The laundry room by the pool area made it easy to do laundry while hanging at the pool. Really enjoyed our stay. The only reason we gave a 4 ⭐️ was because the A/C made a noise otherwise it was great!! Must have a car!!

Sea La Vie-First Timers
The host was great, the property was clean and secluded (felt very safe), and we were still close to restaurants/Grace Bay Area. The beach was very nice and most days we were the only ones there which we loved. The path is deep sand though and a hard walk. We timed it and it took us 10 minute. We didn’t mind though because again the property and beach was awesome. We also enjoyed the pool, we had it to ourselves and relaxed there at night. Overall- 5 stars.

Sea La Vie
Long Bay Beach is a little off the beaten path, but not so remote that you can't find food. The area is still under development, so it will probably be more crowded in a few years, but for now, it's fairly sparsely inhabited. Sea La Vie has a lovely pool with a table nearby where we had coffee in the morning. The beach was very close and it was fun to watch the sunrise and the kite boarders. The unit is small but since there are other places to sit outdoors, it didn't matter. Our only issue was the fridge was a bit loud at night, but otherwise we were very comfortable.

Fantastic Long Bay Beach retreat
My husband and I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the property. The host lives on site and was very helpful and responsive. The lodging is within walking distance to the beach access. The room was perfect for our needs and the kitchen was equipped well. Prior to the check in, we had the ability to wait in the pool area which was very comfortable in the al fresco dining area. Additionally, in the pool area there is a restroom which is super convenient. Also, there are multiple outdoor showers which is very useful. I enjoyed the swimming pool immensely. The property is very pretty with lush vegetation.

Best place in the world to learn to kitesurf!
Unit 3 was cozy and well equipped everything was fresh and clean. Great location, easy walk to virtually private beach. The unit was in a gated villa and we felt safe and secure. Owner was extremely helpful, with a wonderful gift of hospitality. He was always responsive to our every question and need. He had extras such as beach chairs and a kayak and SUP stashed at the beach. Swimming pool was fresh and clean. I highly recommend Sea La Vie for anyone who loves the beach!

Great location but...
If you want a clean, updated property in a secure location, then this is a great fit. Especially if you are there for kitesurfing. We went for the location, as we did not want the large resort atmosphere. The only disappointing aspect were the lack beach amenities provided. There is not an awning and only two chairs (one was broken) so if you plan on hanging at the beach under shade, you will need to drive to a resort.

Fabulous week in Paradise
My husband and I wanted a romantic week away and I chose Sea La Vie for a few reasons. For one, the property was gated so we felt very safe, it was a quiet residential area. It was also a 5 minute walk to the beach which we walked to every morning to watch the sun rise and then walk along the beach shore, it was magical. Also, the unit had a kitchen so we could make some of our own meals. Majid, the host, was very attentive and when I asked if we could check in early, he made it happen. The unit was clean and the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed. Overall, the unit and area exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much Majid!

It was listed as a 1 min walk to the beach, it was more like 15 min through a sand dune. I was unable to get to the beach due to hip issue. The pictures of the property must have been taken when it was new. I didn't even stay I had to book a new place to stay.

Outstanding studio in paradise
Remarkably equipped for access to the entire island. Attention to detail was impeccable from full kitchen…IN A STUDIO, to mini cooler provided for beach/kitesurfing activity. Every unit has a deluxe outdoor shower to wash off after a long day at the sandy beach and a beautiful pool to cool off, especially lovely if you come during the summer months. Also, a full equipped laundry building. The VRBO compound has multiple studio, 1,2,4 bedroom units, contemporary in style, all within the confines of a private gated area. I’ve already booked another stay in 7 months. A one bedroom. Finally, if you’re a Kiteboarder, the conditions, and area are second to none in the world are. Do not pass up this opportunity. Financially speaking, it’s the best deal on the island pound for pound,

What kind I say ?
Sea La Vie: What can I say? This was one of the most relaxing stays I’ve had in quite some time. As an avid traveler, I fell in love with the set-up of this property, and it’s proximity to the most beautiful, turquoise, calm beach that went on for miles. Host (Majid)was kind, quick to respond, and thought of all the little details for this quaint living space. From a well stocked and equipped laundry room, a swimming pool, their personalized Netflix login, to pool/beach towels. The grounds were covered in towering coconut trees and tropical fruit trees like sapodilla and cherries that transported my girlfriend right back to her childhood in the Caribbean. Things she had long since forgotten. Sea la Vie came equipped with safe parking accommodations, and we felt safe, and at ease, as we soaked up the sun, enjoyed the beach and took the time to recharge our batteries at this wonderful property. 10/10 will recommend, and will most certainly book again, during my next visit.
