"After a rough start with the staff and conditions of the room, the manager reached out and ensured the rest of our stay went smoothly. This trip was important so I really appreciated her going above and beyond to help! The location is incredibly convenient, there is access to the mall without needing to go outside which is helpful in the winter and at night. The beds are small so, unless you're petite, I would recommend only one person per "double" bed. "

"we were there for christmas. our flight got super delayed, and my mom had been waiting for us almost all day for us to get there. the staff was amazing and took super great care of her, as she is an elderly. they went beyond to make her comfortable. we truly appreciate every single one of the employees there that made our stay so much fun "

"Very cool vintage hotel. Rooms themselves were nice, updated. Beautiful lobby. Small room that had all of the essentials. The only negative thing was their heating system. The first room we went to was 92 degrees! We attempted to adjust the thermostat but when we came back later it was 91. We changed rooms, that too was hot (78) but we turned off heat and it stayed a comfortable 71 overnight. We were told the heating system is old and only goes on our off, the thermostat has no effect. ...

"The service was very friendly at all levels. There was a self parking lot across the street from the hotel as well as the hotel's valet parking. The room was extra quiet. You heard no noises from outside or the next room. This elegant hotel enhanced the experience by explaining the history and antiques of the property in both paper & electronic formats. "
