"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

"The villa is situated high above Terracina with amazing views of the bays. The property and pool were fantastic and met all our expectations - clean, well serviced with everything needed for a short stay. Table football and table tennis made great evening entertainment following a bbq. The host (Andrea) was very helpful with the booking and during the stay 5*. Only thing you need to have is a car, as the beach, shops and old town Terracina are just too far to walk to in mid summer. "

"We had the most gorgeous stay at Villa Giada. The photos do not do it justice - it is spectacular. The layout is absolutely perfect for a large family. The main eating area by the pool is where we spent all of our time and then the little casitas that are on the property (all a few steps away from each other) allowed for privacy and down time when needed. "Wonderful Host. Luciana was extremely helpful. the home is located in a private gated subdivision, on a hill. It is completely equipped with dishes, utensils, dish, washer and a washing machine. has a private gate and a huge yard. At first the 6 km winding road from the town of Sperlonga to the house was a bit challenging but the view was spectacular. "We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us.
