"The price is great, the beds are comfortable, and the staff were wonderful! I booked this hotel last minute for a quick 1-night stop along our route. I chose it based on the overall 8.0 review rating, which I don’t think it deserves. This is solidly a 6 or 7 hotel. It is perfectly fine for what it is, but it’s not great. The shower walls weren’t clean (they had hair sticking to them), the bathroom vent fan rattled and made an awful racket the longer it was on, and you had to hold the handle down...

"The cute quack shack house was right on the lake which is a huge beautiful Lake. John was very prompt in communication and very helpful and attentive. There was so much to do on property and so much more nearby. It almost felt like we had the entire Lake to ourselves. The property provided kayaks and paddle boards and other fun games. Bonus was that the property was completely fenced out which is great for pets to have off leash. We definitely enjoyed our time and will be returning. "
