"Check in instructions are very clear. The location is perfectly located in Columbia to go to everything. The apartment itself is great. Nice bed, spacious bathroom. Big enough for two people to brush their teeth and hair at the same time. There is a lot of sunlight. Great for getting up early in the morning. "

"Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!"

"Great location for parents weekend at USC. It became our home base. We could all meet up and head out as a group. The lines to the bars were too long, so we came back and used the game room. "Our stay was very good. Excellent communication and instructions. The AC worked awesome, beds comfortable. I was happy to have the alarm system as the area was not in the fanciest part of Columbia (though we didn’t feel unsafe). Overall a great value on a weekend moving our daughter to USC."

"So much to say but I'll stick with letting the owner know a welcome manual may be necessary for Wifi information along with general house amenities and how to work them. Not enough linen was available. No ice maker. Verbal communication with owner was a bit stressful. Try to cater to your guest, not your culture."

"My family and I had a wonderful 5 days at this property. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our whole group with room to spare.
