"Staying over one night to visit my son at college. This was the perfect little room for my needs. Checked into a double w/half bath. The priperty was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. While the bed would be too small if I was sharing it, it was just right for a single adult. The location and price can't be beat. This will now be my go-to place to stay when traveling through Chicago solo."

"The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything we needed. Walkable neighborhood. Parking was a little confusing, but even having the option for off street parking is great so we didn’t mind. Would definitely return"

"Check in took much too long. The two credit card readers were both malfunctioning so much that I got a fraud alert while standing there. Our room overlooked the back alley and at 7:40 a.m. (a Wednesday) we were awakened by a trash truck for 10 minutes of emptying dumpsters. The radiator heat was hard to control so the room was very hot. Other than all of that, it's a nice, clean, old hotel. "
