"our air conditioning stopped working overnight on our second to last night, and as soon as we raised this concern to the front desk staff, they were attentive and proactive in fixing it right away. They spent the day fixing it and when it was deemed unrepairable they moved us to another (upgraded!) room for our last night. Thank you so much for our lovely stay."

"It was hard to find in the late night but Rochelle stayed up to welcome us. When there was no coffee machine in the bungalow she made sure to get one to us in a timely fashion. She was always available to assist in any way. While the property is not luxurious for many, it was perfect for us to get to the beach and to visit different parts of Barbados every day. "
