"Wow! Can't explain how magical it was. Every room felt like a work of art and myself and my guests immediately fell in love with the house. We had so much fun exploring and taking in all the art and thoughtful details. It's even better than the pictures! And the views and grounds are spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and it was such a nice touch that each room had blackout curtains and sound machines. There was even a bonus room downstairs with a daybed that I enjoyed napping in!...

"Property is what it is advertised-old farmhouse on a great piece of land. If you are looking for new this is not the place but if you want character, this is it. The house has plenty of bedrooms and a nice large dining room table. Outside is the real gem. The patio with the grill and ponds nearby is the place to hang out all day. "The house and property is beautiful. There is plenty of space for everyone and is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, and bedding. The house is nicely situated where it is in walking distance to town which is very nice. We also discovered a path through the park across the street where you can get down to the williams middle branch river and we were able to walk up a bit with our dog. "Carolyn and her property were excellent. The accommodation were beautiful, very comfortable and fit our large group well. It was a short drive to the horse venue.Carolyn left us some wine, cheese, beer, and other snacks which was so thoughtful. We highly recommend. Ty for a lovely weekend getaway. We hope to return. 😊"

"Great host. They made check-in/ check-out very easy! House had tons of space for our large group. Beautiful setting and private feel. Spent lots of time around the fire place that was fully stocked. "I booked this farmhouse for my family and my brothers family to stay here for a few days in July. I drove up from SC and he drove up from NY to visit our parents who live in Grafton. "We traveled for the Killington Spartan race and this lodging met our needs perfectly. It’s was conveniently located directly across from the shuttle pick up. Also we were able to walk to a nearby restaurant for a delicious dinner. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Lars communicated frequently with everything we needed to know.
