From Feb 3, had zero communication/replies from owner. No check in instructions day of July 8. Had to chat 45 min with customer service to find a contact number when owner did not respond check in day. Owner standing at door at arrival and had obviously been smoking in house. "Villa Cottone è bellissima!!! Our family of 8 adults and one 3- year old thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week-long stay. The Cottone Family is extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful. Each bedroom has its own bath, and the common areas (lanai, outdoor dining porch, POOL) were great for our large family. Lia arranged for a local chef to give us a cooking lesson in Sicilian cuisine…in the outdoor kitchen…and then served what we helped make- it was an evening we will never forget....
