"The owner was unaware of our booking as advertised by vrbo. We arrived mid afternoon at portsmouth to attend my son's university graduation, but had no where to stay. We had to take our luggage to the ceremony and carry it to different locations during the event. "It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."

"The property met all our needs. There were downstairs bedrooms for grandparents, an excellent games room for the children and adults, an extra long dining table so we could all eat together an lovely garden. It was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Location was good, very close to supermarkets and walking distance to harbour. Parking for 4 cars. "Pretty house, not a lot to do in village but relaxing. Would have liked a bath with jets or a pool table/karaoke/games console for further entertainment. A lot of areas are restricted and most of the facilities cost extra. Pool was an amazing experience though and worth the extra money. Only qualm was the broken ice dispenser and not knowing beforehand, but not a massive deal breaker."

"Loved the place, really handy having access to our own spa facilities, the hot tub was a definite winner for us. Gary was really quick and helpful with answers to any questions we had. The place was very cosy, kitchen was fully stocked and the location was perfect to amenities close by. Would highly recommend! "

"10 friends and I had a 3 night midweek stay for shopping and eating. Fabulous house with everything we needed. Had trouble with the oven heating up and with 11 of us we had to stagger our showers. Apart from that - all good 👍"

"We had a great time away with close friends at this property. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted. "Vey comfortable and clean, just right for us. Communication with owner was not good esp when we needed answer to question about rubbish removal. "
