"I was very happy and satisfied with Emerald Hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the young gentleman who was at the reception desk when I checked out Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m.. I forgot his name. However, I do remember that the meaning of his name was “generous” in English."
