"Really lovely little hotel. The staff were very friendly and the decor was appealing. Only complaint would be lack of toiletries on arrival (especially shampoo). The location is good, within walking distance of many of the main attractions in Pristina, and close to a very nice restaurant that serves traditional dishes. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Pristina! "

"This is a fantastic hotel to stay in. The views from our window were amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely. The first receptionist we met was a lovely girl. Check-in was at 2 PM, but we arrived earlier. She knew the room had already been cleaned, so she kindly let us check in early. I hope you all enjoyed the Jaffa cakes during your coffee break! "This property is located right on the main walking street in Pristina, the room was very comfortable and the staff very welcoming and professional. The Breakfast is served on the outside restaurant from the same management, just in front of the hotel across the street, delicious options a la carte, variety and quality, totally recommend."

"I was very happy and satisfied with Emerald Hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the young gentleman who was at the reception desk when I checked out Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m.. I forgot his name. However, I do remember that the meaning of his name was “generous” in English."
