"Spend three days at Villa Carolina and had a great time with some lovely hosts who could not do enough. The property is set on the hill above sorrento and there is a free courtesy bus. But if you don’t use the bus you need to enjoy lots of steps which is often the case in sorrento anyway. Would recommend "

"Hotel staff is excellent!!! Very knowledgeable about the area and they have a ton of information to share. Everything from ferry times, transportation, parking in other areas, etc. Simply ask and they will guide you! There’s a shuttle service provided by hotel to take you into the city and it’s really convenient for dining and excursion options. View from hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are a little outdated and run down, but clean. We were able to overlook that (especially grout in bathroom, etc)...

"If you like to be away from hustle and bustle of Sorrento, Villa Fiorita is a great option. Beautiful views, great dining and well cared for rooms. Shuttle bus into Sorrento is very handy, just have to time your outings. Be aware that passenger loading is on same side of street as Grand Caesar Augustus. You will see bus drive by but it goes on past you, makes a loop at traffic circle it returns and picks and drops off on Grand Caesar Augustus side of street."

"Lovely hotel, very helpful staff who helped us out sort airport transport and book a tour. Good size room for 4 of us. Good shuttle into town which only took about 5 minutes. Good base to explore Sorrento/Naples/Amalfi. "

"Nice relaxing area with tons of parking, great views. Staff is very nice and helpful. 30 minute walk into Sorrento *I always walked down, which they got a neat walkway down the mountain,* but walking back up is another story, recommend the bus that says *Priora* for that. All in all it was a great stay."
